Shipping methods, costs & assembly
Depending on the product and the desired service, various delivery options are available to you. The costs depend on the order value and the size of the shipment.
1. Parcel shipping
- Orders up to CHF 100.–: CHF 12.– shipping costs
- Orders over CHF 100.–: free of charge
2. Freight shipping – Curbside delivery
The freight carrier will drop off the goods by truck at the street in front of your property (sidewalk or access road).
- Up to CHF 500.–: CHF 69.– to 89.– (depending on size)
- CHF 500.– to 900.–: CHF 39.– to 59.–
- Over CHF 900.–: free of charge
3. Delivery to the place of use (into the desired room)
Delivery is carried out by two people. Due to the higher planning effort, please expect approx. 5 additional days delivery time.
- Up to CHF 500.–: CHF 129.– to 139.–
- CHF 500.– to 900.–: CHF 119.– to 129.–
- Over CHF 900.–: CHF 89.– to 99.–
If a package exceeds 100 kg, additional personnel will be called in – the additional costs are borne by the customer.
4. Assembly
We offer assembly for the following product categories: tables, beds, sofas, sofa beds, chairs, armchairs, benches, cabinets, sideboards and wardrobes.
- Assembly is charged at a flat rate depending on the product.
- If the assembly takes longer than 1 hour, the actual effort will be charged: CHF 60.– per 15 minutes for a 2-person team.
- Wall and ceiling mounting will only be carried out if the structural conditions allow it.
Appointment scheduling for freight/large furniture
You will be notified in advance by email and SMS and can choose from a selection of delivery dates.
Important
- Delivery to the rooms or assembly will only take place in the presence of an adult.
- If you are not present at the agreed appointment or refuse acceptance, a new appointment will be communicated to you as soon as possible. A processing fee of CHF 100.– as well as the costs for the additional journey may be charged.
- If you are not present for a simple parcel delivery, the goods will be left at the front door or at the reception. The responsibility then passes to you.
- Wall, ceiling, electrical or plumbing work as well as structural work are not included in the assembly service.
