Payment methods
We accept the payment methods shown to you during checkout, including credit card, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others.
Prepayment
If you choose prepayment as your payment method, your order will only be processed once payment has been received. The delivery time is extended accordingly by the time needed for the payment to arrive.
Purchase on invoice
Purchase on invoice is available exclusively to legal entities — i.e. GmbHs, AGs, and public-law bodies such as municipalities or foundations. This payment method is not available to private individuals.
Late payment
If an invoice is not paid on time, a fee of CHF 25.– applies from the 1st reminder, CHF 40.– from the 2nd reminder, plus default interest of 5% per year. After an unsuccessful 3rd reminder, we may terminate the contract with immediate effect and hand the claim over to a collection agency.
Discounts & vouchers
Discount codes are entered during the payment process. Discounts not redeemed at that point cannot be granted retroactively, and discounts cannot be combined.
