Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods displayed to you during the order process, including credit card, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others.
Prepayment
If you choose prepayment as your payment method, your order will only be processed after payment has been received. The delivery time will be extended accordingly by the time required for the payment to arrive.
Purchase on Account
Purchase on account is exclusively available for legal entities, i.e., GmbHs, AGs, as well as public-law corporations such as municipalities or foundations. This payment method is not available for private individuals.
Default in Payment
If an invoice is not paid by the due date, a fee of CHF 25.– will be charged from the 1st reminder, CHF 40.– from the 2nd reminder, as well as default interest of 5% p.a. After the 3rd unsuccessful reminder, we may terminate the contract extraordinarily and hand over the claim to a collection agency.
Discounts & Vouchers
You enter voucher codes during the payment process. Unredeemed discounts cannot be granted subsequently, and discounts cannot be combined.
